More Details: A quick moving fitness class that focuses on utilizing your core muscles in a functional manner throughout all exercises and movements performed in this class. By strengthening your core muscles to their fullest potential you will improve your sport performance, reduce your risk of injury and be able to move better on a daily basis! Plus, your heart will be pumping with the addition of cardio interval training drills that are sure to make you sweat!

What to Expect: Classes are outdoors in a partially sun/shaded area so plan and dress accordingly. Wear comfortable workout clothing and running shoes. Bring water, a sweat towel and wear sunscreen and/or bug repellent if you require. Class includes full body strengthening exercises and activities such as short periods of running, hoping and jumping. (Modifications for high intensity and/or high impact exercises will be provided).
