Always wanted to try running but just aren't sure where to start? Join this small group of new runners where we combine walking with running to slowly build your endurance over the course of 8 weeks. By the end of this session you'll be able to run 3km non-stop!

If you're currently able to run for 20min non-stop then this small run group is for you! In this clinic we focus on improving your 5km and increasing your distance to 10km. Over the course of 8 weeks we'll introduce a variety of runs that will enhance your running strength and speed!
