As a busy entrepreneur and mother of two, I know how difficult it can be to find the time for healthy cooking, exercise and self-care. I do this by using the same habit changing systems that have helped me and my clients achieve optimal health. This results in you having more energy to tackle those tasks, be more productive throughout the day and spend more quality time with your kids. Now let’s get real … this isn’t your typical online ‘here’s your meal plan now buy it and do it yourself’ program. Diets and meal plans don’t work. There’s no magic pill or quick fix solution here either. It just doesn’t exist, period. So stop wasting your money on that crap! AND I can’t do the work for you. Why? No one can change your life except YOU. You have to decide to make the change and be ready to do the work, no excuses. I will however help you take action, guide you towards creating life lasting behaviour change, and provide you with daily support and accountability practices that will transform your life and your body. MichelleFit’s Signature Health & Nutrition Coaching Program
I only accept a small number of people at a time to personally work with me. This means I’m looking for women who are ready to commit to making significant changes to their lives over the next 12 months. With my guidance, we’ll create a personalized health plan that takes a positive approach to habit change with simple, individualized steps to changing lifestyle and nutrition behaviours, one habit at a time. With my support, and your dedication, you'll be ready to take purposeful action towards your nutrition goals and start living your healthiest life!
How It Works: Once enrolled you'll receive an invitation to Precision Nutrition's ProCoach software where you'll begin the program by completing some initial 'getting to know you' questionnaires. After that you'll automatically receive your daily lessons via email containing all the information you need to know about the current habit you'll be focusing on for two weeks at a time. Some lessons will be a quick read, while other lessons will have a few questions for you to answer. Within the first two weeks we'll set-up your first live Coaching Call with me where we'll get to know each other face-to-face via Skype. From that point forward we'll schedule bi-weekly Coaching Calls where we'll discuss any successes and challenges you face throughout the program.
